During this time of crisis, the health and safety of our customers, their families and our employees are our top priority. We are committed to keeping up with current information and following any and all guidelines outlined by WHO as well as the Federal, Provincial and Municipal government, so that we can make informed decisions about our operations, safety and sanitation protocols. Tapestry Hall will continue to reinforce our high standard of food safety and sanitation procedures while implementing the following new procedures and standards to properly deal with food production during this difficult time:
Provide all employees with guidelines on personal hygiene and general protocols for reducing the spread of infection from Covid-19.
Increase the distance between co-workers a minimum of two metres.
Completely eliminate frequent contact between team members.
Completely eliminate the use of shared work tools and equipment.
Mandate a high frequency of hand washing.
Avoid touching of the face with unwashed hands.
Frequent sanitation of high traffic / touch surfaces such as stoves, ovens, fridge doors and handles, phones and stainless steel worktables.
Require workers to stay home if feeling ill.
Reduce points of contact as much as possible.
Take team members’ temperature at arrival of workday.
