“Be Better”, the words that we live by every day at the Gaslight Events Company. We don’t have an over inflated or immeasurable goal of being the best. Instead we believe that everyday and every project is an opportunity to be better than we have been before, striving to always excel in our craft. This motto is the driving force behind our efforts to adapt, create and grow as our community needs change, as our industry develops.
The Gaslight Events Company doesn’t want to just meet client’s needs. We want to inspire clients to imagine experiences that surpass their initial desires. That starts with respect for the client and striving to understand all their requirements. Then we offer creativity and support to help them dream bigger. And, of course it’s all about the details – especially the details no one sees but us.
A good event happens long before the guests arrive, with care for the specifics and care for our clients, we strive to exceed expectations and then some.
To us it is all about the vision, it’s the starting point for where memories are made, and where excitement ignites. Our client’s vision is the basis for great things, and we aim to take that vision to a place where aspirations are achievable and delighted in.
The Gaslight Events Company also takes great pride in our team.
We care, like really care about all the people we have in our team. The hope is for them to be crazy successful, excited about working for a company that wants them to prosper. Through developmental opportunities, the Gaslight Events Company is zealous about providing the team with the tools, experiences and the support needed to succeed.
A company is only as good as it’s people. When you take a group of individually talented people and pair them together, the things they can accomplish are vast. Those team achievements are a crucial part of the Gaslight Events Company. Personal effort is recognized and rewarded, but the fundamental belief is that we succeed and celebrate as a team.
Back to our mantra, ‘Be Better’, it is the biggest part of the culture here. We want the Gaslight Events Company team to continually be better and in turn succeed with all their ambitions in the company and beyond.
